One tow.Start to paid.

Follow one tow. You log it once; everything below comes off that one job.

  1. The call

    JOB #2481 · LOGGED 00:12
NEW JOB · PHONE OR PORTAL
A driver on the shoulder rings, or a dealer books it from their portal. Either way the job has a payer, a rego, a pickup and a drop before the call ends.
  2. Rolling

    DISPATCHED 00:41
    DRIVER APP
Your driver taps once and is rolling. A dead spot on the way loses nothing; it sends when signal returns.
  3. At the car

    ON SITE 00:58
    CONDITION REPORT
Photos and the condition ticksheet before it is loaded. Nothing to report is still a report, dated and signed.
    AUTHORITY
The owner signs on your driver's phone. Locked the moment it is signed; their copy downloads right there.
    THE PRICE
The account's agreed rate, or the estimate the caller already saw. Pricing stays with the office unless you switch on pricing from the truck.
  4. The journey

    KM 12.4
    THE OWNER OF THE CAR
They dropped a pin, so your driver went to the right spot. Now they see where the car is going and what it costs. A live map of the truck is coming soon.
    THE OFFICE
Your dispatcher sees the job's next step without ringing anyone. Plug in your trackers and the truck is on the map too.
    YOUR ACCOUNT CUSTOMER
The dealer watches their own job in their portal: booked, collected, delivered, invoiced. Nobody rings you to ask.
  5. Delivered

    DROPPED 01:32
    THE DOCKET
Off-loaded at the workshop gate. The docket, the photos and the signature are on the job before your driver is back in the cab.
    THE NEXT ONE
Status done, next job up. The board already knows the truck is free.
  6. Paid

    INVOICED · PAID ONLINE
    THE THREAD
Invoice out, on the account's terms. Statement ready at month end. Paid online. One record, from the call to the money.

Six peopletouch one tow.

The same job, from every seat it lands on. You log it once.

  1. You · Kitchen table, 11pm

Twelve hours on the road and the paperwork is still waiting. Except it is already done.

    • Every job today, who ran it, what it made.
    • Invoices that went out when the job closed, not at midnight.

  2. Your dispatcher · On the board, phone on the shoulder

The phone rings. Before the caller finishes, the job is on the board with a truck beside it.

    • One screen: who is on what, where they are, what is next.
    • No whiteboard, no texts to chase, nothing in anyone's head.

    /dispatch
  3. Your driver · In the cab, 2am, raining

One hand on the phone, one on the winch. Big buttons, one tap a step, and a dead spot loses nothing.

    • Their jobs, one status button, photos and the signature.
    • The rate already on the job, so nobody prices on the roadside.
The TowConnect driver app on a phone: today's jobs and the shift clock
    /driver
  4. Your account customer · Service desk, three cars booked in

They booked the tow from their portal. They watch it arrive without ringing you.

    • Every job they booked, where it is up to, what it cost.
    • Statements and invoices they pay online. One link with the photos and the signed docket is coming soon.
A TowConnect tax invoice with its payment link and statement actions
    /invoices/INV-0001
  5. The owner of the car · On the shoulder, then at home

Their car just left on your truck. They know where it went, what it costs and how to get it back.

    • Their own live link: where the car is and how the job is tracking. Bigger jobs get a full private page - what is owing, the photos.
    • One place to name who pays, or pay and collect.
The invoice the owner of the car pays from their private page
    /invoices/INV-0001
  6. The inspector · Fair Trading, register open

They ask for 24 July. You print the page for 24 July, numbered the same as the day it was written.

    • The approved NSW forms, built from jobs you already logged.
    • Page numbers that never move and never repeat.

Three taps · no manual

A whole job, in three taps.

No course, no manual. This is the screen your dispatcher would use. Click through it yourself, or watch the board run.

Four states · cited to the gazette

It knows whatyour state lets you charge.

It is 9pm and you are pricing an accident tow. Type a figure above your state's cap and TowConnect says so before the customer sees it. A warning, never a block. Four states, each with the gazette or regulation it came from and the date it took effect.

What the one price buys

One price. The whole toolbox.

No add-ons, no tier you grow out of, no charge per truck. Every workspace gets all of it:

01Dispatch board

Every live job on one screen. Who is on it, where it is up to, what is next.

02Driver app

Their jobs, one status button, photos and signatures. Big buttons, any phone, nothing to install.

03Client portal

Your account customers lodge and track their own tows instead of ringing you.

04Invoices & payments

One tap from finished job to branded invoice. Card payments online, statements on demand.

05Statutory registers

The NSW tow, holding-yard and driver registers, written from your real jobs.

06Storage & impound

Every stored vehicle, its daily fee, its letters and its release, tracked to the day.

07Live insights

How the month is going, in sentences - with a proper dark mode for the depot at night.

08Fleet & GPS

Trucks, inspections, service history - and with your trackers plugged in, where everyone is right now.

09Import & migration

Your old system comes across, checked to the cent, undone in one click if you want.

One price. Here is the whole sum.

14 days free, no card. Then $1/month for your first 3 months, and $249/month after that. Unlimited jobs, drivers and logins.

No setup fee. Add a second yard or a fifth office login and the price does not move.

Cancel any time. Export everything, down to the last job.

What a year costs, and what it replaces

The questions people ask us

I'm not good with computers. Can I run this?+

Yes. You are who it is built for. A job needs one thing to exist: a pickup address. Every screen says what to do next, and a walkthrough takes you from your first job to your first invoice in about two minutes.

Will my drivers actually use it?+

They get a phone view with big buttons: their jobs, one status button, photos, the signature. Nothing to install, no training - built for gloves, rain and one free hand.

What happens to the jobs and clients in my current system?+

They come with you. Send an export, a spreadsheet or the raw database and we import it: jobs with their original numbers, clients without duplicates, invoices with their paid status. Every import is checked to the cent, and undone in one click if you want it gone.

What happens the first night something goes wrong?+

The phone keeps working in a dead spot: the open job's status, scene details and photos queue on the handset and send when signal returns. If the server refuses an edit, the screen says which one instead of losing it quietly. Your data is backed up four times a day, encrypted, stored away from our servers. And when you email us, a person reads it.

Is it really the whole price?+

Yes. One price covers unlimited jobs, drivers, trucks, yards and office logins, and every feature. No setup fee, no charge per truck, no tier you grow out of.

Can I get my data back out?+

Any time. Cancel with no exit fee and export everything: jobs, clients, invoices and storage records, as files you can open anywhere. Every business gets its own database, so your data is never mixed with anyone else's and it is yours to take.

Which states do you cover?+

Accident fee caps are built in for New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, each dated to the gazette or regulation it came from. The approved statutory register forms are the NSW ones today; the others are being built. Everything else works anywhere in Australia.

What happens when the fees change?+

Each determination is stored as a new dated entry, never an edit, so a job you priced last year still reconciles against last year's figures. When a state publishes new amounts, every workspace gets them at once, and the state pages on this site update from the same data.
