This started as a favour for someone I love.
Someone I care about deeply runs a towing company. I watched them work — the long hours, the calls at every hour, the paperwork that never ended, and software they were paying for that kept getting in their way instead of helping.
So I started building something. Just to make their day a little easier. A better way to dispatch a job. Then a cleaner way to invoice. Then a portal so their customers would stop calling for updates. Then proper handling for their account customers. Then real numbers so they could finally see how the business was doing.
I kept going. Honestly, I went further than I ever planned to — because every time I fixed one thing, I'd see another thing they deserved to have done right. I wanted to give them the tool I wished existed for them. Not a watered-down product built to extract a subscription. The real thing. Everything they deserved.
And somewhere in all of it, this became bigger than one favour. It became a complete system — good enough that other operators should have it too. Because if my favourite person in the world deserved software that actually respects the work, so does every other operator out there grinding through the same long days.
That's the whole reason TowConnect is built the way it is. Not by a company chasing a market. By one person trying to do right by someone they love — and deciding everyone in towing deserved the same.
