Your workspace goes read-only: you can still read and export your records, print your registers and release vehicles. After a further 30 days unpaid, the workspace locks: you can sign in only to pay or print registers. Nothing is deleted, and a payment reopens it.
Yes. The paper authority's number and the owner's signature sit on the job beside the scene photos, yard storage is charged to the day, and the fee caps for NSW, VIC, QLD and WA are each dated to the gazette or regulation they came from.
