What a year costs
The setup fee is the part nobody puts on the front page.
Most towing software in Australia is sold with a one-off setup fee and a tier priced by how many logins you need. Here is the same twelve months, side by side, on the same basis. Towline figures exclude GST as printed on their page.

If a payment fails
Your workspace pauses. It does not go dark.
The card bounces on a Friday night. Nothing changes that night: we email you, and you have 7 days to fix it from inside the workspace. Only after that does the workspace go read-only, not dark: you still sign in, read everything, export everything, print your statutory registers and release vehicles from the yard. What stops is new work. Pay from inside the workspace and it reopens itself.
A legal obligation is never held to ransom over an invoice.
If you leave
Everything you put in comes back out.
Cancel whenever you like. Jobs, clients, accounts and storage export as CSV; invoices, dockets, registers, letters and receipts export as PDF. No exit fee, no notice period, nothing held back.

How much does TowConnect cost?+
TowConnect is $249 a month for everything the product does. There is no setup fee, no charge per truck or per user, and no limit on how many jobs you take. New workspaces get 14 days free with no card, then $1 a month for 3 months.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding charge and no minimum term. Moving your existing jobs, clients and invoices across is included: send us an export, a spreadsheet or your raw database and we do the migration for you, usually within a day.
Do you charge per truck, per driver or per user?+
No. One price covers as many jobs, drivers, trucks, holding yards and office logins as you have. A second yard or a fifth office login does not change what you pay, and neither does a busy month. Your photos and documents are not metered either; each job takes up to 100 photos, and that is a ceiling, not a bill.
What happens if my payment fails?+
Your workspace goes read-only, not dark. You still sign in, read everything, export everything, print your statutory registers and release vehicles from the yard. New work stops until the payment goes through. Pay from inside the workspace and it reopens itself.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?+
Any time, with no exit fee. Jobs, clients, accounts and storage records export as CSV; invoices, dockets, statutory registers, letters and receipts export as PDF. Your data is yours, and exports keep working while a workspace is paused.
What does the first year cost?+
Including the promotional months, twelve months of TowConnect comes to $2,244. Australian towing software is commonly sold with a one-off setup fee on top of the monthly price, which is where most of the difference in year one comes from.
