Signed on the phone

The owner signs on your driver's phone. The signature locks, with the destination it was signed for frozen beside it.

The condition report

The damage your driver ticked before loading: proof of the state the car arrived in, for both sides of a later dispute.

Priced from the truck

Your driver enters the ex-tax amount at the scene and the tax and total work themselves out. Turn it off if pricing stays with the office.

Cap warning at the scene

Type an amount above your state's cap and the phone says so, with a one-tap correction. A warning, never a block.

Work found at the scene becomes a job

Your driver creates the second job from the truck, without ringing the office.

Navigate to the exact pin

When the customer has shared their position, the driver navigates to that pin, not to the nearest street number.

Accident job type

Mark a job as an accident and the rest follows: arrival mode, authority to tow, the fee cap and the accident register.

How the job reached you

Found at the scene, phoned in by the payer, or handed over by a state allocation scheme. It changes what the register must say.

The allocation number

The number the allocation centre gave the tow, on the job. Clear the arrival mode and the number clears with it.

What your state lets you charge

The cap is checked as you price the job. NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.

Caps dated to the gazette

Every cap carries the gazette or regulation it came from and the date it took effect, never edited in place. A job you priced last year still checks against last year's figure.

Who pays is not who called

The insurer, club, accident manager or fleet who pays sits apart from the person the tow was for, with claim and order numbers.

Nobody set to pay yet

An accident job with no payer is flagged on the form and on the record until someone is.

Towing authorisation number

The serial off your paper authority book, printed into the statutory registers where the form asks for it.

The owner signs from their own phone

A one-off private link for the owner who is not at the scene. Seven days, dies once used, one live link per job.

Who opened what, and when

Made, sent, opened, signed, revoked, each with the time, the channel, the person, the IP and the device. Opened does not mean signed.

What was signed stays signed

A signature freezes the destination, rego and statement it was signed against. A later edit cannot rewrite what the owner agreed to.

The signer's own copy

A signed authority PDF the owner can download for an hour after signing.

Scene and yard are one record

The scene identity, the condition report and the photos show through onto the yard record. Nothing is copied, so nothing drifts.

The owner names their insurer

From that page, the owner can nominate who should be billed. It nominates, never attaches: you decide who gets the invoice.
