Stored vehicles from tow-in to release: fees, photos, notices and the paper trail.

The storage manager runs the yard: every held vehicle is a storage record with its own fee meter, photos, notices and release paperwork - and everything it produces lands in the statutory registers automatically.

Tow-in and fees

A record starts from a job or straight from the yard gate. The daily fee meter follows the rates in Settings → Storage (by vehicle class and storage type, grace days, day counting), and regulated-cap presets are one tap where a jurisdiction sets a ceiling.

Condition photos

Photos at intake and at release are what settle a damage dispute months later. Add them on the record's Photos card; each one notes who added it, and removing one is office-only and logged in the record's Activity panel - the trail survives the photo.

Notices and release

Owner and lien-holder letters generate from the record and file themselves beside it. Release captures who collected the vehicle and their contact, produces the receipt, and stops the meter - all of it visible in the record's activity.

Good to know

Everything here is yours to take: storage records export as CSV from Export Data, and letters, receipts and photos travel in the photos-and-documents zip.
