Check

This page records hours and flags long days against your own thresholds. It is not a fatigue-law rule engine and does not decide whether you comply with anything. Which NHVR rule set applies to you - standard hours, BFM or AFM - depends on your vehicles and your accreditation, and only you can say.

Fleet → Work hours turns the shifts your drivers already clock on and off into a plain day-by-day record: how long they worked, how many shifts it took, their longest unbroken stretch, and how much rest they had before starting.

Where the numbers come from

One place only: the shifts drivers start and end in the driver app. A day with no shift on it reads No shift recorded - it is never filled in from job timestamps, because a driver who worked without clocking on is something you want to see, not something we should paper over.

Days are your workspace's days. A shift that runs 23:00 to 06:00 counts one hour against the first day and six against the second, and the second day is marked Continued overnight so you can see the night was one run. Daylight-saving days are 23 or 25 hours long, and the hours add up accordingly.

The flags

  • Long day - more hours worked in one day than your threshold allows.
  • Short rest - less rest before the first clock-on than your threshold allows.

Both thresholds sit on the page under Flag thresholds and start at 12 hours and 7 hours. They are house rules, not legal limits - set them to whatever your operation actually runs to. Only an owner can change them; everyone who can see the roster can see what they are set to.

Taking it out

Download CSV hands you the same rows as a file - one line per driver per day, with the flags spelled out - for the folder you keep for an insurer, an auditor or a client asking who was driving that week. It is also on the Export Data page.
